Effective October 2026
Website privacy
This notice describes the JoNoah Consulting marketing website and inquiries made through its contact details. The separate EnergyBot application has its own privacy policy.
Preparing and sending an inquiry
The inquiry tool lets you enter your name, organization, email address, service needed, project city and state, preferred timing, and a brief project overview. It prepares an email draft on your device. The tool does not submit this information to JoNoah, save it in browser storage, or store it in the website database.
Preparing an inquiry does not send a message to JoNoah. You must send the prepared email using your own email application. Review the draft, open your email application or copy the text into a new email, and choose Send through your email service. A “draft ready” or “copied” message confirms only that the draft was prepared or copied; it does not confirm delivery. The website does not send an automatic acknowledgment.
How inquiry information is used
If you contact JoNoah by email or telephone, JoNoah uses the information you provide to respond, discuss an assignment, and maintain related business correspondence. Your email provider and JoNoah’s email and forwarding providers process messages as part of delivering, filtering, and storing email. Inquiries and related correspondence may be retained as business records.
Website technology and service providers
The website is hosted through GoDaddy and uses WordPress. The marketing pages do not load advertising trackers, client-side analytics, embedded maps, or social-media tracking widgets. The inquiry tool does not set cookies. WordPress uses cookies for authorized administrator sign-in; ordinary marketing-page visitors do not need an account.
Hosting services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages, dates and times, and browser details, to deliver, operate, and protect the website. Hosting tools may also summarize this information in server usage reports.
The inquiry tool does not use a CAPTCHA or a third-party form-processing service. Email providers may filter incoming messages for spam. The website uses HTTPS; messages sent through an email application are handled by the selected email services.
Project information
Please keep an initial inquiry general. Do not include account numbers, personal financial information, or confidential borrower documents. Document-sharing arrangements can be agreed after the scope of the assignment is discussed.
