Construction progress inspections

A construction progress inspection records observations at the time of a site visit and reviews information within the agreed scope. It does not establish the condition of concealed work or replace inspections and approvals required by public authorities.

Construction draw and progress inspections are not engineering certifications, building-code compliance inspections or certifications, comprehensive property-condition inspections, or pre-purchase home inspections. They do not provide a guarantee or warranty of construction quality, completion, cost, or schedule.

Inspection reporting supports the lender’s review. Lending and funding decisions remain with the lender. Any reliance on an individual report is subject to that report and the applicable agreement.

Document and budget reviews

Pre-construction document and budget reviews address the information provided within the agreed scope. A document review is not a physical site inspection.

An inquiry does not confirm that JoNoah has accepted an assignment. Contact JoNoah to confirm availability, scope, timing, and reporting requirements.
