Jeffrey Crook has more than 30 years of construction experience, including project management, agency construction management, project engineering, and construction quality-control work.
His experience spans preconstruction planning, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, field coordination, and closeout. Owner-side assignments have included comparing bid scopes, tracking budget changes and contingencies, reviewing payment requests, and coordinating project turnover. JoNoah Consulting was established in 2011 and has provided lender inspection services since 2016.
This background informs JoNoah’s approach to residential and commercial construction loan inspections: observe carefully, review the supporting information, and communicate findings clearly.

Jeffrey’s career includes construction management and engineering roles on a range of projects. This experience includes work performed before establishing JoNoah Consulting, with project manager and senior project manager roles in agency construction management and general contracting.

Earlier field quality-control work included concrete, soils, asphalt, reinforcing steel, roofing, and fireproofing. Project management added experience with construction documents, change management, cost forecasting, and coordination among owners, contractors, and design teams.
That combination supports a practical assessment of observed progress and clear identification of questions for the lender.
